Downsizing and Structural Changes in Health Care: How to promote a healthy work environment in health care
Through the 1990s there was a sharp decline in the numbers employed in the health care sector in Sweden.
This study examines the context of structural instability throughout the entire hospital and identifies throughout the entire hospital, and identifies and explains why certain worksites (clinical departments) tend to be more healthy and function more efficiently than others.
