ASLEF Wins Right To Expel Fascists

Trade unions in the UK now have a legal right to expel active fascists from their membership.

This situation was clarified with a ruling by the Employment Appeals Tribunal in a case concerning the expulsion by train drivers' union ASLEF of a member who is a British National Party (BNP) activist.
