Greg started in the rail freight industry in 1993 and became active in the workplace defending the rights of his colleagues. Some years later the Rail, Tram and Bus Union (RTRBU) contacted him about a vacant organizing position and he was thrown in at the deep end to full time union work. He learned by doing and flew by the seat of his pants, driven b a passion for workplace justice.
